Infrastructure &
Buildout

We design and deploy robust, high-availability environments. From structured cabling to server room buildouts, we construct the digital foundation your business runs on.

Structured Cabling

Professional Cat6 and fiber optic cabling installations, neatly organized and labeled for easy maintenance.

Scalable Architecture

Infrastructure designed to grow with your business, preventing costly rip-and-replace upgrades.

How we work

Deployment Timeline

Every buildout follows a proven four-phase process — so you always know what happens next, what it costs, and when it ships.

01

Discovery & Assessment

1–2 days

We walk your facility, audit existing infrastructure, and document power circuits, cooling capacity, and rack space — giving you a clear baseline before any work begins.

Deliverables

Site-survey reportPhoto documentationRisk & gap analysis
02

Architecture & Design

3–5 days

Our engineers produce detailed Visio diagrams for cabling pathways, rack elevations, power distribution, and cooling zones — reviewed with your team before work begins.

03

Build & Deploy

1–4 weeks

Professional installation of structured cabling, rack mounting, patch panels, PDUs, and UPS commissioning. We work nights and weekends to minimize disruption.

Why it matters

Built for the Next Decade

Your network infrastructure is the central nervous system of your business. Poor cabling, messy server racks, and inadequate power planning lead to mysterious outages, slow network speeds, and expensive emergency fixes.

We engineer environments designed to scale with your business for the next 10 years — so you never pay twice for the same problem.

  • Cat6, Cat6A, and Fiber Optic backbone installations
  • Meticulous cable management and color-coded labeling
  • N+1 redundancy planning for power and internet failover
  • Environmental monitoring: temperature, humidity, water leaks
  • Comprehensive documentation and network topology mapping
  • TIA/EIA-568 and TIA/EIA-606 compliance on every run

Our Buildout Standards

Certified Testing

Every cable drop is tested and certified with Fluke DSX-8000 equipment. You receive a per-run certification report proving length, attenuation, and crosstalk meet or exceed Cat6/Cat6A standards.

Clean Aesthetics

Server rooms should look like a work of art. We use Velcro ties, horizontal and vertical cable managers, color-coded patch cables, and labeled ports at both ends. No spaghetti — ever.

Environmental Safeguards

We install temperature, humidity, and water-leak sensors wired to alerting so you know the moment conditions drift outside safe ranges — before equipment is damaged.

Future-Proof Sizing

We calculate current port density and power draw, then engineer 30–50% overhead so new employees, cameras, and IoT devices slot in without a forklift upgrade.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our infrastructure buildouts — from procurement to long-term support.

Don't see your question? Reach out directly — we're happy to walk you through our process.

Q. Do you provide the hardware or just the labor?

We provide end-to-end solutions. We procure servers, switches, firewalls, racks, PDUs, and cabling — then our team installs and configures everything. One vendor, one point of accountability, zero finger-pointing.

Q. What is the difference between Cat6 and Fiber Optic cabling?

Cat6 is copper cabling for connecting workstations, phones, and cameras to switches — supporting up to 10 Gbps over short distances. Fiber optic uses light to carry data over much longer distances with higher bandwidth, making it ideal for backbone connections between closets, floors, or buildings.

Q. How do you handle cable management?

We use horizontal and vertical cable managers, Velcro ties (never zip ties — they damage cables over time), and color-coded patch cables. Every cable is labeled at both ends according to TIA/EIA-606 standards. The result looks clean enough to photograph.

Q. Do you test the cables after installation?

Every single drop. We certify with Fluke DSX-8000 equipment and provide a detailed report per run showing length, insertion loss, NEXT, return loss, and pass/fail on the standard you specify (Cat6, Cat6A, etc.).

Q. How long does a typical buildout take?

A single-closet refresh with 24–48 drops usually ships in 1–2 weeks from design approval. A multi-closet, multi-floor campus project with fiber backbone can take 4–8 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule before work begins and give you progress updates along the way.

Q. Can you work outside business hours?

Absolutely. Most of our installations are performed evenings and weekends to avoid disrupting your staff. If zero-downtime cutover is required, we coordinate a detailed migration window with your team.

Q. What about ongoing maintenance after the buildout?

We offer ongoing managed IT support that includes infrastructure monitoring, environmental alerting, and moves/adds/changes. Many clients pair a buildout with a managed support agreement so the same engineers who built the environment also maintain it.
